Trados: Copy Bilingual File To Make New Project

Here's how to copy bilingual file (.sdlxliff file in target folder) to make a new Trados SDL project from existing one.

Existing Trados SDL project (Japanese to Vietnamese):

Bilingual file (.sdlxliff file) in target folder (Vietnamese language folder):

Bilingual file opened in Trados SDL (from existing project):

Copy this ".sdlxliff" bilingual file into new folder:

Double click it and SDL Trados Studio will start:

This file will appear in Trados Studio's project list as "Single file project" like this:

Double click this "Single file project" to open the project:

The new project has been copied without any TMs (translation memories) or Termbases:

I have to add my termbase manually to do some new translation:

Project file ".sdlproj" will appear in the folder:

A new project has been created successfully by copying from target bilingual file (.sdlxliff file).
