Privacy policy of client information

• All information and data that client provided shall not be revealed to any third party
• After client's full payment, data of client will be destroyed using data destruction software
• Sample sent by client will be destroy completely after client's decision of concluding contract or not concluding contract
• Translation work shall be conducted inside our office, on computer with password and active antivirus software
• External drives such as USBs shall limit to those owned by our company and shall not be used on external computers and will be scaned by antivirus software frequently
• We will sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) by client's request. We assure staff participating in translation work to read and understand requirements of the NDA and sign NDA individually if necessary

* In case there's a request from government office of revealing client information in accordance to the law, we will consult with our laywer(s) and inform the client immediately.

Chính sách bảo mật thông tin khách hàng

• Mọi thông tin, dữ liệu khách hàng cung cấp sẽ không được tiết lộ cho bên thứ ba.
• Dữ liệu khách hàng sẽ được hủy bằng phần mềm chuyên dụng sau khi khách hàng thanh toán hợp đồng.
• Tài liệu mẫu khách hàng gửi được hủy hoàn toàn sau khi khách hàng quyết định ký hay không ký hợp đồng.
• Công việc dịch được thực hiện tại văn phòng, trên máy tính được đặt mật khẩu và cài phần mềm diệt virus đang hoạt động.
• Ổ cứng ngoài như USB chỉ sử dụng đồ của văn phòng không cắm vào máy ngoài, đảm bảo được quét virus thường xuyên.
• Ký hợp đồng bảo mật (NDA = Non-Disclosure Agreement) theo yêu cầu khách hàng. Đảm bảo nhân viên tham gia dịch thuật đọc và hiểu NDA và nếu cần, ký hợp đồng NDA riêng rẽ.
